This course covers the following topics:
- Azhaan and Iqaamah - You will learn about the history of Azhaan, its importance, virtues and reward, its words and their meanings, many rulings related to the caller of Azhaan and listener to the Azhaan, as well as the Duaas after the Azhaan.
- Conditions of the prayer - You will learn about the 6 conditions that are required for the prayer to be valid. They include: Times of the prayer, Ritual Purity, Physical Purity, Covering of the Awrah, Facing the Qiblah and Intention. Each of these conditions will be discussed in full detail.
- Full prayer - We will cover the complete prayer of the prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) theoretically and practically. We will speak about the words of the prayer and their meanings as well.
- Related Topics - We will speak about important topics related tot he prayer such as the pillars of the prayer, the obligations within the prayer, the recommended acts inside the prayer, the disliked actions in the prayer, as well as the actions that break the prayer. We will also speak about how to correct the mistakes in the prayer and how to perform the prostration of forgetfulness. We will also speak about how a person will make up the actions that were missed inside the prayer.
- Witr Prayer - We will speak about Witr prayer, the prayer that the prophet legislated that some scholars consider as an obligatory prayer, but not at the same level as the 5 daily prayers. We will speak about how to perform this prayer in detail.
- Sajdah of Recitation - We will speak about the 14 prostrations that occur throughout the Quran. We will mention the verses that these prostrations appear in, the various rulings related to these prostraions and how to perform them.
